Stiffeners are used to join both horizontal and vertical grille at the intersection. It is majorly used when the grille is too long and requires a support to avoid sagging. They are made using 304 grade stainless steel.
Rivet
Rivet is made of aluminum which is drilled on to covercap and channel to keep them joined and avoid tampering. Its dimensions are 3.2x10mm.
Roofing
It is made of 316 grade stainless steel with 2.5mm diameter using 7x7 marine grade technology with nylon coating.

1) Aluminum channels are fixed on the top and bottom of the floor using Hilti anchor fastners. 2) Cable will be run through the channel around the 304 locking screws which are inserted to the channel. 3) Cover cap is placed on it and closed with rivet.
